University of Michigan

Replacement Research Hospital

Ann Arbor, Michigan
Project Cost: $200MM

At the time, it was the largest construction project in the state, the largest hospital project in the country, and one of the largest at the time. Cetti served as Supervisor, Administrator, Overseer, Risk Mitigator, and every part of this unprecedented design-build project dating back to the 1980s.

Modular Construction expansion

Project Cost: $125 MM

Granted full control as Sr. Project Manager & Estimator, Cetti designed and built the first modular building expansion for Riker’s Island prison. Additionally, other states’ prison systems have turned to Cetti including Arapahoe County, Colorado Prison for new design and construction. Metro Dade County prison in Miami, Florida for new design, modular expansion, and open pod modular design. Even maximum-security prisons across the United States use our commercial design and build services.

The Phoenician

Five-star Hotel Resort, Townhouse Residents & Championship Golf Course

Scottsdale, Arizona
Project Cost: $600MM

Cetti was brought on board as Chief Engineering and Construction Consultant for what would become Scottsdale, Arizona’s crown jewel. In charge of project development, Cetti worked directly with the CEO of Continental American Corp., Charles Keating. Cetti served as a cost-control catalyst and successfully brought the project to its successful completion, overseeing every detail along the way.

Anheuser Busch Brewery

The Brewing Process’ First Automated Canning & Bottling line systems

As Sr. Project Manager and Estimator, Cetti developed a state-of-the-art prototype design and implemented the first-ever automated canning and bottling line systems for Anheuser Busch’s brewing process. We also had a seat at the table participating in pivotal negotiations with union labor to employ local union workers while simultaneously working with city officials to achieve water use conformity and regulations.
